Community Service Form
Bullard High School encourages all students to play an active role in our community through volunteerism and service. Graduates will receive a Community Service cord if they log 100 hours (25 per freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior years or a combination thereof). Some student organizations, such as NHS and Student Council, may also require members to complete a number of community service hours.
To log these hours, please complete the form below and turn it in to the Assistant Principals' office.
