Community Service Form
Bullard High School encourages all students to play an active role in our community through volunteerism and service. Graduates will receive a Community Service cord if they log 100 hours (25 per freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior years or combination thereof). Some student organizations, such as NHS and Student Council for example, may also require members to perform a number of community service hours.
To log these hours, please complete the below form and turn it in to the Assistant Principals' office.
