Senior and Graduation Info
Class of 2026 Commencement will be held on Friday, May 22, at 8:00 p.m. at Panther Stadium.

Tickets are NOT required for graduation. Graduates will receive 2 field passes to give to their family/friends. These passes can be used to sit on the track during the ceremony.

March 3 - First Senior meeting at 9 AM in the Auditorium / This is an early release for seniors only. Go over pictures for the Senior slideshow, counselors will go over Sr. awards slideshow, FAFSA, transcript requests, TSIA/SAT information,
March 18- Senior Class Photo in Gym - During Panther Time
March 28- PROM (8:00-11:00 pm) The Jackson at Cherokee Ranch in Jacksonville, TX
April 2 - Senior SlideShow pictures due Use this link to submit them. Each senior is limited to 3 total photos (NO COLLAGES)
- Child/baby pic
- Pic of your choice (favorite memory, hunting, fishing, sports, dance, etc.)
- Senior year/most current pic
*Photos must be school-appropriate or will not be included
April 21 - Graduation meeting #2: Senior meeting at 9 AM in the auditorium to discuss Senior Serving Seniors and early release for Seniors only. Counselors will pass out Graduation Packets
April 23- Powder Buff Jrs. vs Srs. Boys Volleyball
April 27- Graduation packet due to PT teacher
May 1- Seniors Serving Seniors (arrive by 9:00 am in the auditorium)
May 7- Graduation Meeting #3 (Auditorium during PT) go over final exam exemptions. Exam exemption/appeal sheets available outside the AP office
May 8- Val and Sal bios due to Mrs. Pratt for local media
May 14- Seniors receive Golden Tickets during lunches
May 15- Senior Breakfast/Awards/Parade of Campuses
- Graduation must bring their caps and gowns
- 2026 graduates and parents ONLY
- Attend 1st period (if late arrival, report to gym by 7:55)
- After roll call, report to gym
- 8:00 am - Breakfast
- 9:00 am- Senior Awards Ceremony in BHS auditorium
- Presentation of the Senior Slideshow
- Graduates will board buses and travel to the Early Childhood, Primary, Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle School campuses
- Seniors will walk the hallways in caps and gowns
- Top Ten & 12 years with BISD students will take a group photo at the Early Childhood
May 18- Senior finals 5-8 periods. All seniors must report to school and stay through the 4th period. After the 4th period, if you are exempt, you may leave. You can start turning in your Chromebooks.
May 18- 7:00 pm Powder Puff Jr. vs Sr. Girls Football and 8:15 pm Senior Sunset
May 18- Val and Sal speeches completed and sent to Mrs. Pratt
May 19- Senior finals 1-4 periods. If you are exempt, you do not have to report to school.
May 20- Meet in the Auditorium by 9:00 / Star Walk / Tech turn in
May 22- 9 am Graduation practice (BHS auditorium)
May 22- GRADUATION!
- Arrive and report to BHS auditorium at 6:30 pm (chairs will be labeled)
- Park in the Band Practice parking lot
- Graduation processional begins PROMPTLY at 8:00 pm
